My Story

Hello, I'm Ajay Pant, and for over three decades, the world of tennis and racquets has been my passion and my profession. Now, I'm excited to bring that experience to you through my consulting company, Karundy Consulting.

Tennis has been kind to me. I'm honored to be recognized as a Master Pro by both the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) – a distinction shared by only a handful of teaching professionals worldwide. Receiving Pro of the Year from both organizations, along with the Tennis Industry Association's Tennis Person of the Year award, are milestones I deeply cherish.

My journey extends beyond the court. As National Tennis Director for Midtown (Tennis Corporation of America) and later as Vice President of Racquet Sports for Life Time, I had the privilege of leading significant operations, fostering the growth of hundreds of tennis professionals, and generating substantial revenue. These experiences honed my ability to connect with people, identify shared goals, and drive successful outcomes – principles that are central to my consulting approach. I'm passionate about collaborating with tennis teams to develop distinctive programs that elevate their brand.
